Cancellation Policy

Contact support@willowora.shop as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout.

Before fulfillment

If fulfillment has not begun, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method. A cancellation is not confirmed until we send written confirmation.

After processing or shipment

Orders cannot be canceled after they have entered fulfillment or shipped. If the order is eligible, request a return after delivery under the Return and Refund Policy. Refusing delivery does not automatically create an approved return and may result in carrier charges being deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

Seller cancellations

Wayfair may cancel an order because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, quantity limits, or an ineligible delivery address. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
