Shipping policy

Willowora currently accepts and ships orders only to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.

Excluded destinations

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses. Orders placed for an excluded destination may be canceled and refunded.

Processing and transit times

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Estimated standard transit is 3 to 7 business days after processing. The typical estimated delivery range is therefore 4 to 9 business days from order placement. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping cost and tracking

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. If an optional expedited method is offered, its price and estimate will be displayed at checkout. When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for the order. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Address accuracy and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. Carrier delivery scans, signature records, photographs, or other carrier evidence may be used to investigate a delivery issue. Report a package that appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier.

Split shipments and delays

An order may arrive in more than one package. Separate tracking numbers may be provided. If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated or agreed timeframe, we will provide notice and an appropriate option consistent with applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised date or canceling for a prompt refund.
