Payment Policy

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change. Payment is processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.

Authorization and charges

By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and optional charges disclosed at checkout. A pending authorization may appear before a final charge. Wayfair does not store complete payment card numbers.

Taxes, declined payments, and fraud review

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery information. If payment is declined, the order may not be accepted. We may request reasonable verification, place an order on hold, or cancel it when fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. Never send full card details by email or contact form.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider. Contact us first if you believe a charge or order is incorrect so we can investigate. This does not limit rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
